Ed's Notes:
The MC contains a lot more information about how their societies, stronghold and armies are organized. For small parties (what the PC's are likely to encounter, unless GOING to an Astral Stronghold) the table above.

Though it will go for three times the standard price, they ares suitable for enchantment and some (all?) come with an undetectable enhancement that allows it to absorb the effects of a Spell cast in combat.

Ed's Notes: A master class in perpendicular architecture constructed out of polished steel as opposed to stone. Gilt furniture, an eclectic mix of art, and vases overflowing with flowers appoint the rooms. Many Factotums come, go, and stay here. Faction meetings are generally held here. There is one permanent portal connecting the worker's wing of the palace to the metal-works in the Great Foundry. Another leads from the wire-works to the impressive front steps of the palace.
