Ed's Notes: Sigil's primary source of iron, steel and all manner of metalworks. In spite of it serving as faction headqauters, Factol Ambar will usually not be found here. (He is more commonly in His Palace on the Ethereal Plane.) Zena is not permanently stationed her, but may be called to round up some loose dog or ethic that got into the Foundry.

As Wood Giant, is 90% Resistant to Sleep and Charm spells. Has Infravision up to 90 feet. Opponents in forests, where Voadkyn can easily hide suffer -4 penalty to surprise rolls.
