Ed's Notes: Nicolai is nominally in charge of the TOWN of Melodia, while Caine commands the actual Stronghold itself. Next to Tonat Shar, Killeen Caine is the most commonly supported successor to Factol Sarin. About 10,000 Hardheads inhabit the town and man the Keep.
