Ed's Notes: The King (not Queen!) of the Cross Trade generally holds court at Fortune's Wheel.  She has many assistants, allies, connections and rivalries throughout Sigil. But unlike A'Kin, the PC's will never be under any illusions about where they stand with her. Pawn's at best, annoyances more likely. She watches out for Kylie, gave Autochon his Armor, HATES A'kin, is businesses rivals with Estabn and Zadara... Yeah, basically she's connected to literally everyone who's anyone in Sigil one way of the other. As more players get filled in, there may be mentions of them here.

Oh, and she's actually has her own Twitter Account, which is pretty wild.
