Ed's Notes: Yay! First Character entry: The badass grandpa of Sigil himself, Duke Rowan Darkwood. Lol. Not much to say here, other than that I made a note in my own copy of the Factol's Manifesto that he should have 122 Hit Points. I assume I did that because With a Con of 20 and 39 Character levels, he'd have to roll extraordinary low to have only 104? Not sure why. In any case, that's what the book says, so there you are. There probably should be some stats on that staff he's carrying in the picture? Also his Giant Slayer... What KIND of "Sword" is it? I'm assuming Long-sword, but... It doesn't say. Also the +2... So... I assume that applies IN SIGIL? Where was it forged? (Sigil?) GM's discretion, but I'm going to assume that unless otherwise stated, the stats always apply (as listed) wherever you'r most likely to encounter the NPC. In this case, PC's are basically never going ot run into  the Duke outside of Sigil, so... Either it's a +2 (Sigil) or it's a +3 (Ysgard?/some outer plane.) Doesn't really mater as he's not likely to be found outside of the city. I'm assuming Sigil, and that's what I've noted above.

Rowan Darkwood disapproves.
